Rosemary - Rosmarinus officinalis
Rosemary is a herb that pairs well with chicken, beef, pork, and a wide variety of vegetables. In the garden, it is a companion plant for plants in the cabbage family, beans and carrots. Rosemary can be grown easily in a pot or in the ground but does not overwinter in our zone 3 climate. The plant enjoys hot conditions and susceptible to root rot if overwatered.
